Dear Buddy Gregg,
I am writing because I had contact with your service department in August. My
wife and I were on our way to Gatlinburg. We stopped by on Sat. August 16 to have our
tires on our motorhome checked. On Monday David checked them and we agreed, we
needed 6 new tires. He said you could get them and have them installed on Monday.
What impressed me was that I was not there by choice but by necessity and he treated me
as if! had been a longtime customer. Incidentally, I did not buy my coach from you and
I have a brand you do not carry (Mandalay). As I left on Monday I hit a guardrail with
one of me storage doors. I quickly returned and saw Richard as I drove back to the
campground. Even though it took two days to repair and paint the door, I feel that your
service and bodyshop people probably put me ahead of some others because I was on a
vacation trip.
I truly appreciate the service I got from all you staff. If your sales people are as
accommodating, it is no wonder your so successful. If and when we are ready to buy a
different coach, we will definitely look at Buddy Gregg, because of the service we
received . I have told many people and will continue to talk about your excellent service
department.

Ron,
We want to thank you and all the staff at Buddy Gregg for the wonderful experience we
had in the recent purchase of our motor home. Every person we came in contact with
was very nice, friendly and helpful. It was very evident that customer service and
satisfaction is a priority with Buddy Gregg.
A special thanks to you, Ron, for making our purchase so easy and stress free. Please tell
Rich, Kenny, Jerry and all the others we came in contact with, how much we appreciate
the treatment we received. We know exceptions were made in order to have us ready to
leave that Saturday.
It was easy to tell that the attitudes of the employees toward customers came from the top
down. Everyone was so accommodating and friendly from the receptionist in the office
building to staff that did the detailing.

Thank you again,
Cherry and Randy

Dear Sam,

Linda and I just want to take this oportunity to say many many thanks to everyone
at Buddy Gregg Motor Homes for making our trip to your facility last week such a
positive one!
As you know, this was our first trip in our 2007 Country Coach Inspire and actually
our first trip in a motorhome periodJ Your patience with all the questions was
appreciated more than you will ever know. We arrived at Buddy Gregg with so much
uncertainty about all the systems and operation of this Inspire and left with" confidence -
even how to get our toW!' vehicle in neu, tral!
We felt so much better about the operation of our Inspire after the thorough and very
cDmpetent service provided by Buddy Gregg Service Department. Itt gave u's a very secure
feeling when we left Knoxville that everything had been done to make 0ur trips safe
a.nd enjoyable.
It is. a rare experience anymore to go tb a strange place and be treated so friendly
and nice - we felt like we wanted to stay longer and just take it in! I felt like I
was in motorhome · wonderland with all the great coaches to go with the great atmosphere!
I kwow the economy is rough on the motorhome industry, but I believe folks in the
business like you will be the only ones standing;" when its allover with! What goes around
comes around!
You can be sure we will be back for service and will take you up on the opportunity
to stop for a visit· .. "and campground facilities. Linda and I agreed we want to come
back and see moreof the Knoxville area.
Thanks for the use of the car and we are very very pleased with this 2007 Inspire -
Trailblazer .·followed us great. Linda very worried about that part.

Sincerely,

William L;
P.S. Please make sure everyone at Buddy Gregg Motor Homes knows of our appreciation.

Dear Mr. Vandenberg,

As longtime business owners ourselves, we felt compelled to send this letter to the new owners of
Buddy Gregg Motorhomes, LLC. We assume you feel, as do we, that one of the most important assets of
a high end customer service dependent business, such as yours, are the skill, experience and personal
relationship expertise of your people. We also realize that it is not always easy to evaluate the value of
each person.
We were here over 2 months during a difficult transition for your business. Despite that our interactions
with your whole team were generally excellent, from Ron Barron in sales, Dennis Braland in finance,
Tim and Jackson in parts and the entire service team, led by Jim Gregg. Because of our experience here,
we would go out of our way to return to Buddy Gregg for future service.
We are enclosing separate letters of recommendation for each of the three service members we spent
the most time with: Doug Gunter, Kris Holt and Zeke Hokensin. For each we tried to give examples of
specific actions performed vs. "they were great guys" etc. Each of these guys was helpful, customer
oriented, pleasant, knowledgeable and easy to work with, in their own way. They also showed a
genuine concern for the viability and well being of Buddy Gregg as a company.
As we hopefully emerge from this difficult economy our wish is that Buddy Gregg not only survive but
thrive. In our opinion, you have a great team of people to support your business.

Sincerely,

John and Marlene

Hey Ron,

I just wanted to let you know that after 11 years and 105k miles the Allure doesn't have a rattle or squeak anywhere.
It drives and rides like a dream. I hope we live long enough to wear it out.
It was a pleasure doing business with you and everyone we met at Buddy Gregg.
Everyone was outstandingly courteous and professional.

Thanks again and God bless;
Gary

Mr. Buddy Gregg

Recently I purchased a motor home from your dealership. Having been in the automobile
business for over fifty years I have been around a lot of salesmen. I would rate Sam
Houchin as one of the best I have ever seen. He went out of his way to be sure that my
wife and I were satisfied with our purchase.
You are to be commended for having someone like Sam in your organization. You can
rest assured that if I hear of anyone wanting to purchase a motor home, I will recommend
Sam and your company to them.

Sincerely;

Mr. John from TN Store

Dear Buddy Gregg,

My wife and I have visited your Knoxville facility a few time in recent months looking at
used Prevosts and even a used Monaco. We are new to the idea of a large RY. We placed
a sincere offer on a 2001 Royal, but unfortunately we were unable to come to terms. Our
thoughts of a bus trip this summer are tabled for now, but we remain interested in the
future possibility. My main problem is it seems I want more bus than I am willing to pay
for!
The purpose of this note is to commend your sales staff. We found Matthew Martinez
and Dave Mills extremely helpful. Yes, I know they were trying to sell us a bus, but they
did so in a patient and helpful manner. Dave's knowledge of the product was
outstanding, and his ability to ascertain our areas of interest, and educate us on all aspect
of bus purchase and ownership was exemplary.
I do believe we will eventually purchase a bus. Whether we buy it from you or elsewhere,
I feel confident we will continue to develop a relationship with your company.

Sincerely;
John

Mr. Richard from TX Store

Dear Mr. Gregg,

On August 10th we bought our second Monaco Motorhome from your location in Lewisville- we
purchased our first from that location three years ago. I'll admit that we were somewhat
overwhelmed by the number of issues that came up in keeping the first unit on the road and there
were several times when we were on the verge of selling it and finding another pastime.
Our decision to upgrade, however, was based on two factors. The first was the result of all of the
design, engineering, and workmanship improvements Monaco had made that addressed virtually
every issue we had with our 2003 unit. The second, and the most important, was the great support
we always received from the service and parts department at Lewisville.
Todd Spring and his team have always been courteous, cooperative, and helpful on every problem
and question we have had. And no matter what the problem, we got results. I was especially pleased
with the support we received when calling about problems encountered when on the road. Every
call, whether during or after business hours, was answered promptly, the information provided was
always beneficial and we always received the information we needed to make the right decision.
Quite simply, your Lewisville service team is clearly a competitive advantage: we came back because
of them.

Sincerely;
Richard Stouffer

Dear Matthew,

We want to express our most sincere thanks to you and your staff at Buddy Gregg for all you have done
for us this past week.
Your very experienced employees handled the arrival of a replacement refrigerator for us, and replaced
it in a very professional manor in our Journey. While the replacement was taking place, we had the
opportunity to enjoy the comfort of the hospitality room you have available for campers staying in your
camp ground. We love having a working refrigerator once again.
On the following day, we appreciate the time you spent with us while we explained the benefits to you
of working with the WIT Club in the future. It was great to hear that you are purchasing WIT
memberships with the sale of new Itasca motorhomes and hope you find your relationship with the
Rocky Top Travelers a good experience for your dealership.
Lastly thank you for opening your business to the Rocky Top Travelers and giving us a complete tour of
all aspects of your dealership and finally providing all of us with a very nice luncheon. I think they were
all very impressed and appreciated meeting the employees that they may be working with in the future
when they need any repairs, and knowing that they are welcome to camp at your campground
whenever they might be in your area.
Please contact us if you have any questions regarding WIT at this time or at any time in the future.

With many thanks,
Dick & Mikki
